The point is that God LOVES the people of Corpus Christi College in a totally shameless way. He wants them to know him and he wants them to be set free to live in the hugely abundant life only he can give them.

We want to pray that the Holy Spirit transforms our college and transforms us. And we want to believe that as we pray, things change, and we change.

No! The commonest quote from things like this is 'Wow, the time passed so quickly!' God WANTS to spend time with you... and theres no need to kneel there quietly... Sing, shout, draw, write, dance, paint, play guitar, be silent if thats you - express yourself however you want... We're going to be putting plenty of arty stuff and a CD player etc in there and ultimately, if the God who made the universe isnt exciting enough to spend an hour with, who is...????!! Dare to pray!

This is for everyone! Last year, quite a few of non-Christians came along after dark the night and it was great. If your friends want to drop in/come along, encourage them, if they've got something they want to pray about, pray with them. The prayer space is going to
look NICE: fairy lights and all that doo-dah, and as people write/draw things they'll be lots of stuff for them to look at... It should be really approachable safe place for them to come and seek God in their own time.

There's a sign up sheet on the chapel notice board with 24 hour long slots. Sign up for one... or two!! By yourself, or with someone, just sign up!
