Fusion nationally
There are Fusion groups in the majority of universities in the UK. These groups share the same vision and values. They are all using cell groups as a method to outwork this vision in their different cities, spheres and campuses.
What does it mean to be part of Fusion?
Fusion nationally is the network of all these different groups, and the churches who support them. For Fusion in any one university to be part of the bigger picture has several advantages:
- Central training for cell leaders, networkers, and church student workers
- Resources (such as cell notes, discipleship guides, leadership handbooks) to use if desired
- Link-up procedures for local churches and new students
- The support and advice of a Fusion networker (usually a local church leader)
- Exposure to the wider scene of what God is doing in student culture
- A means to share ideas with other Fusion locations
Fusion is not a church, or a denomination. It exists simply to respond to students who want to set up cells in their university, and to churches who want to do more to reach students, by providing them with support and resources. It wants to see students motivated and fired up about Jesus, and churches doing their job.
Credentials
Fusion uses the Evangelical Alliance Basis of Faith as their doctrinal statement.
